MADISON, N.J. - March 20, 2018 // PRNewswire // - Century 21 Real Estate, franchisor of the iconic CENTURY 21® brand, recently announced that Michael Miedler is the organization's new chief growth officer. Off the heels of a new brand identity and mission to defy mediocrity and deliver extraordinary experiences, Miedler will focus on capturing share in emerging and diverse markets and on helping empower the CENTURY 21 brand to reach its bold goal to double transactions over the next five years. He will work across key organizational areas including franchise sales, recruiting, operations, and marketing to affiliate only the companies and affiliated agents who support the mission, vision and overall culture of the new CENTURY 21 brand as it builds off its legacy of relevance, trust and loyalty in the hearts and minds of home buyers and sellers throughout the world.

Miedler comes to the role as a 20-year veteran of Realogy Holdings Corp, serving in numerous capacities and exceeding expectations at each position along the way. In his previous role as senior vice president of Century 21 Real Estate, Miedler focused on brand development and market share development strategy. He is a member of both the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), and understands the critical role international markets play in expanding the number of transactions for U.S.-based real estate companies.

2. A 30-second TV spot, "Don't Settle for Average (Unless You're In The Market For It)" that positions the CENTURY 21 brand as a solution for the 70 percent of homeowners who settle for the first real estate agent they find; and
3. An integrated, cross-platform media partnership with ESPN with sponsored "relentless moments" in sports, "live commercials" featuring ESPN fixture Kenny Mayne alongside CENTURY 21 System members and digital content integrations that will be distributed across ESPN social platforms.
