Harcourts USA Opens Brand New Office in Irvine, California

“Opening an office in Irvine has been a dream and a vision of mine for the past 11 years,” states Branch Manager of Harcourts Entourage Realty Group, Paul Cubillos.

“I’m very passionate about this community and I’ve been doing business in the area for many years. I even bought my own property here,” continues Cubillos.

His vision to open this office couldn’t have come at a better time. The growing neighborhoods and communities in the Great Park area present a great opportunity for the Harcourts Entourage team to grow with the thriving community. This will be one of the few offices taking advantage of this exciting new growth.

Cubillos stresses that Harcourts is doing things differently, and he is excited to penetrate the area and help a greater volume of people.

“We are a little bit different in who we are as a company because we are embracing new technologies and processes to get the very best results for our clients,” Cubillos explains.

“We take advantage of Harcourts International marketing strategies, such as non-distressed auction, to provide the best experience for our agents and to get the very best results.”
