#PartnershipGoals Campaign Recruits Expert Travel Agents to Dream Vacations
Existing travel agents who start a Dream Vacations franchise receive free cruise.
April 19, 2018 // Franchising.com // Fort Lauderdale, Fla. - During a press conference at Cruise Lines International Association’s (CLIA) Cruise360, home-based travel franchise opportunity Dream Vacations announced its new #PartnershipGoals initiative to recruit existing expert travel agents. With limited availability, expert agents who join by June 30, 2018, will have the opportunity to attend Dream Vacations’ sold out 2018 Conference aboard Norwegian Bliss, free of charge.
“We are confident that travel agents can take their business to the next level when they combine their expertise with our technology and resources,” said Debbie Fiorino, senior vice president of Dream Vacations. “We believe it is important to invest in your assets, and in our case, our most important asset is our network of franchise owners. We are continuously increasing our staff, making enhancements to existing programs and launching innovative programs and partnerships all for the benefit of our franchisees. We care more about our franchisees so they can care more about their clients. That is what we like to call the Dream Vacations difference.”
Travel agency franchise owners with Dream Vacations have access to a plethora of programs that not only provide them with a competitive advantage, but also enables them to maximize their individual profits:
- Spends more than $2 million to fully fund marketing promotions that drive franchisee’s sales, at no cost to them.
- Caps its royalty fee, which means franchise owners can earn 100 percent of their earned commissions.
- Monetarily rewards more than six figures in bonuses above and beyond the normal commissions earned to travel agent franchisees at different sales levels.
Dream Vacations has seen a direct correlation between the support provided with franchisee success and satisfaction, which is why the home-based business opportunity had an 89 percent retention rate in 2017.
“I departed my franchise to join CruiseOne (now Dream Vacations) because I had friends with CruiseOne who kept telling me how good the owners and management were to work with, that they are debt-free and that they treat franchise owners like their customers,” said Michael Sinn, Dream Vacations franchise owner in Lincoln, Neb. “The headquarters team are all professionals who really care that I am successful and they are ready to assist me if I ever need any help. They keep investing in the franchise network to help us grow our business. Since making the switch, my business has grown each year. Last year I did $1 million in sales, and this year looks even better. For anyone who has been successful as a travel agent and wants to take that success to another level, join Dream Vacations. I know I made a very wise decision.”
When surveyed, 95 percent of Dream Vacations franchise owners would recommend the travel franchise to others. Existing travel agents with at least $100,000 in commissionable sales are eligible to join Dream Vacations for as little as $495, with a signing incentive of a free cabin at the 2018 National Conference where they can network and develop relationships with cruise line and resort executives, as well as share best practices with other top-producing Dream Vacations franchise owners.
