Remodeled Verlo Mattress Store Grand Opens in Ft. Atkinson, WI

National sleep products company refreshes historic space

FORT ATKINSON, Wis. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - June 18, 2018 - Verlo Mattress, the national sleep products company, is grand opening a completely renovated store in Fort Atkinson, Wisc. as part of its national expansion plan to improve and increase its locations across the country.

This is a historic site for both the city of Fort Atkinson and for Verlo Mattress, which offers mattresses, pillows, sleep technology and its newest product, the v11 mattress line. With franchise stores across the nation, Verlo Mattress has 23 locations in Wisconsin.

Founded in 1958, Verlo Mattress has a passion for providing its consumers with sleep systems tailored to a person’s unique needs and empowering them with all of the possibilities to sleep better. The Fort Atkinson store has been located in the historic Creamery building since 2006. The building was constructed in 1920 and is located at the corner of North Main Street and West Sherman Avenue. The Creamery also housed the original headquarters for Verlo Mattress before moving to Milwaukee in 2013.

Franchise owner, Adel Salameh purchased the Fort Atkinson building in late 2015. The renovated Fort Atkinson store is the second location for Salameh, and will hold its grand opening on June 23. “I am thrilled to invest back in this community, bedding down for the long haul,” shares Salameh. “With our renovations, we now offer our guests the best possible mattress and sleep solution shopping experience Verlo, and even the industry, has to offer!” Salameh also owns the location in Watertown, Wisconsin.

This location utilizes the newest Verlo store concept that was designed to elevate the mattress shopping experience. Some of the store’s highlights include a welcoming hospitality area, a no-pressure sales environment, and an easy-to-navigate showroom.
