The Healthy Mediterranean Concept Plans to Open Its Newest Location in The Great Lakes Crossing Outlets

June 26, 2018 // Franchising.com // DETROIT, MI - The Hummus & Pita Co., the largest and fastest growing Mediterranean concept in the U.S., has announced a new franchise opening in the Great Lakes Crossing Outlets food court in Auburn Hills, MI. The operator is Chirag Modi, RPH who brings more than 17 years of pharmacy ownership and his extensive experience providing the best in customer service to the restaurant industry. As a businessman with ties to the local community, Modi is committed to continuous investment in the local Detroit market.

The Auburn Hills location is set to open in October 2018 and will be the first in the state of Michigan. The Hummus & Pita Co. currently operates three stores in New York City, with locations in Danbury, CT; Denver, CO; Bell Works, NJ; and Los Angeles, CA coming soon.

Since 2011, The Hummus & Pita Co. has been serving up fresh and healthy Mediterranean cuisine to those looking for something different. All menu items are made-from-scratch on the premises at each location, using only the freshest ingredients available to ensure high-quality, flavor-focused eats for every guest.
