My Pie Continues National Growth With Development Expansion Into Alabama
My Pie announces expansion into the Alabama market with the news of a recently signed development agreement.
PHOENIX (PRWEB) July 05, 2018 - My Pie, a fine-casual pizza concept that offers customizable, authentic New York-style pizza, has signed a new development agreement to bring the emerging brand into the Alabama market. This announcement follows the brands’ recent growth into Las Vegas and Miami.

Entrepreneurs Rebecca Roland and Richard Meadows will open their first My Pie in Dothan, Alabama later this year. The couple owns and operates 5 fast-casual restaurants in Alabama, with Roland managing day-to-day operations for each business. The couple opened their first restaurant franchise in 2012 and has seen continued success in the market along with an opportunity for growth.
“We were looking for another unique, family-oriented concept and came across My Pie when a friend, Jeff Walding, asked us to take a look at the fast-casual pizza concepts. Of the ones we all looked at and tasted, My Pie stood out and pulled us in. The founders, the product, and the focus of the company excited us, and we can’t wait to open our first location in Dothan, Alabama,” says Roland.
At My Pie, guests can custom-build their dining experience by using authentic family recipes and locally sourced ingredients to create the New York-style pizza of their choice. Each location makes its own dough and sauces in-house daily and uses an 800° oven to cook pizzas in 2 minutes for fast-casual dining. Other menu items include salads, calzones, and pieninis as well as gluten-free and vegan-friendly offerings.
