Classic Southern Barbecue Chain Adds Chopped Salmon Salad and Grilled Salmon Dinner to its Core Menu

August 10, 2018 // // Jacksonville, Fl. - On the heels of a highly successful performance during a recent limited time offer campaign, Woody’s Bar-B-Q announced today that it is adding the Chopped Salmon Salad to its core menu. After being positively test marketed at a number of key locations, the Grilled Salmon Dinner will also be joining the list of available items at Woody’s Bar-B-Q locations throughout Florida, Georgia, New York, Pennsylvania and Kentucky. Best known for its slow-smoked meats, comfort food sides and original recipe barbecue sauces, Woody’s Bar-B-Q is proud to provide these two new items for a little variety to please its fanbase and entice newcomers.

Having received rave reviews from customers during the limited time offer campaign earlier this year, the Chopped Salmon Salad joins a growing list of LTO menu items that made the cut and became permanent additions to the Woody’s Bar-B-Q core menu.
