Urban Bricks Dominates Build-Your-Own Space, Adds Pasta to Core Menu

‘Brickin’ Good’ Fast-Casual Customizable Food Franchise Introduces Lunchtime Happy Hour Combo and New App

November 01, 2018 // Franchising.com // SAN ANTONIO - Urban Bricks has some new tricks up its sleeve as it evolves with customer demands to dominate the build-your-own-anything space. Urban Bricks, a fast-casual restaurant franchise serving next generation, quick Artisan pizza, salad and paninis with unlimited toppings, announces big moves with the addition of build-your-own pasta to its core menu options. This brickin’ good restaurant continues to add more features to make its experience even more convenient for customers in efforts to rule the build-your-own industry.

Guests now have the ability to make their own pasta creation from fresh penne noodles and over 30 freshly-prepared toppings that Urban Bricks has to offer. Once all the ingredients are combined, the bowl makes its way through the brand’s prominent lime-green oven and is baked to perfection in under two minutes. From the Big Daddy Mac, a white sauce, cheddar, parmesan and bacon mac and cheese, to the Baked Ziti with meatball, onions, ricotta and mozzarella, guests can choose from any of the Foundation Pastas or create their own for one, flat price.

Along with the new pasta addition, Urban Bricks has announced a Happy Hour special that will be available between 2-5 p.m. Monday through Friday at all existing locations in the United States. This deal will allow customers to get any whole size portion of pasta for the price of a half. Additionally, every location will offer a combo deal to give customers the choice to add on chips and a drink for $3 or half a salad and a drink for $5 to any meal at any time of the day.

“America is on the go and today’s market demands more convenient features than ever. Urban Bricks offers complete meal customization, multiple avenues for service and reasonably priced, quality food served quickly,” said Urban Bricks CEO, Sammy Aldeeb. “With all options baked in-house daily, Urban Bricks guests can choose pizza, paninis, salads and now pasta with unlimited toppings, for one flat price. We believe in evolving with customers’ desires and want them to be able to have it all.”

To add even more convenience to customers, Urban Bricks has rolled out a new loyalty app. Features include the ability to order ahead, skip the line, and earn loyalty points for every purchase made. The app is free and available on Apple’s App Store and Google Play.

The menu inclusion of pasta expands Urban Bricks’ catering that allows guests to build-your-own pasta, pizza or salad to get the party started. Unlike other fast-casual concepts, Urban Bricks also offers delivery, drive-thru and full bar options.
