Restoration 1® Ranked By Franchise Times As One of the Smartest-Growing Brands for 2019

The fast-growing restoration franchise makes the list at #11

January 14, 2019 // Franchising.com // WACO, Texas - As a result of the record-growth in 2018, Restoration 1®, one of the fastest-growing and most-trusted restoration franchises, was ranked in Franchise Times magazine’s Fast & Serious list for 2019. Restoration 1 was ranked 11th out of 40.

Franchise Times magazine’s Fast & Serious list ranks the 40 smartest-growing franchise brands over a three-year period. Since CEO Gary Findley took over in 2016, Restoration 1 has experienced record-breaking growth, currently at 249 locations in 37 states nationwide.

“Every year, Restoration 1 continues to hit milestones and set new records in expansion and growth,” said Findley. “And I believe this is only the beginning. Our franchise is strong, and being named on the Fast & Serious list is a huge honor to our entire franchise system.”

Franchise Times developed the Fast & Serious list using a 10-point formula, which analyzed growth per franchise in percentage sales, percentage units, dollar sales and numerical units from over the past three years. The Franchise Times Top 200+, an annual ranking published in October of the largest franchise systems by revenue, is used as a database for determining the Fast & Serious rankings.

Todd Bingham, vice president of franchise development, credits CEO Gary Findley’s previous experience to Restoration 1’s growth and success. “Gary has always been of the mindset that we don’t grow and then hire, we hire and then grow,” said Bingham. “We’re not selling 100 locations and trying to play catch-up later with personnel.”

The future of Restoration 1 includes continued expansion nationwide and the addition of more complementary brands alongside bluefrog Plumbing + Drain to build a wider service-based portfolio.
