Shared Workspace Company Inks Deal to Expand into Dallas
WorkLodge to Provide All-Inclusive Coworking Space in Northern Dallas

The new coworking location will start providing positive and healthy environments for solopreneurs, start-ups and larger corporations in the northern Dallas suburbs beginning summer 2019.
Founded in 2015 in Houston to fulfill a vision of constructing a creative, energizing workspace, WorkLodge offers a variety of comprehensive workspace services such as:

WorkLodge North Dallas is the third location in Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex and will be owned and operated by local entrepreneur Mark Buskuhl. Buskuhl was the Chief Operating Officer at a mortgage banking company for over fifteen years. Buskuhl decided to pursue a partnership due to the CEO, Mike Thakur’s charisma and dedication to his franchise. Now inked as a franchisee, Buskuhl is planning to utilize his experience in rental properties and real estate when developing his new location.

Each Work Lodge is fully designed by Founder and CEO Mike Thakur and displays vibrant, colorful design elements layered on top of the brand’s signature “WorkLodge White” foundational canvas. Before moving to Houston 14 years ago from the United Kingdom, Thakur journeyed from work with a security company specializing in kidnapping for ransom and extortion. Because of the line of work, there was no central office, so Thakur sought shared office spaces. After finding only a few basic, confining locations, he saw an opportunity for an energized workspace and immediately began to look for real estate in Houston to open his own.
