Tex-Mex-For-All Brand Encouraging Guests to Get Stacked with Innovative Offering

September 11, 2019 // Franchising.com // ORLANDO, Fla. - Tijuana Flats, the fast-casual Tex-Mex original, has added Double Stack Cheesy Tacos, a queso and flavor-filled selection, to the main menu for a limited time.

The masterfully combined dish features two hard-shell tacos, each stacked inside a soft flour tortilla shell and held together with Tijuana Flats’ bold, creamy and scratch-made queso. Double Stack Cheesy Tacos have been a beloved secret menu item for years, but from Monday, Sept. 9 to Sunday, Nov. 3, 2019 guests can enjoy this fan-favorite right from the main menu—no off-menu hacking required.

The Double Stack Cheesy Tacos include a filling with guests’ choice of protein, crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, fresh onions, sour cream, jalapenos and cheese and are served with chips and salsa. These cheesy creations are available for just $7.99 with chicken or beef and $8.99 with steak or fish.

The Double Stack Cheesy Tacos are available for delivery, via online orders and in every Tijuana Flats restaurant during the eight-week limited-time campaign (Sept. 9 – Nov. 3).
