Nation’s Leading Paint-and-Sip Franchise Bolsters Presence with Two New Signed Franchise Agreements, New Studios to Open in 2020

The new agreements signify the demand and excitement for the wine and art social destination in the market.

Henry County District 2 Board Commissioner Dee Clemmons will open a studio in McDonough. Clemmons is a leader in her community, serving as President of DCL Public Private Solutions Group, LLC, a project management and business development company, managing partner of Broadway Performing Arts Studio and the founder of She STEAMS, a nonprofit organization providing opportunities and programs benefiting girls.Clemmons first attended Painting with a Twist with her two daughters as a Mother’s Day present and immediately knew it was a business she wanted to invest in.

“I am excited to provide an environment where friends and family can come in and create something together during a fun night out,” she said. “Going to Painting with a Twist gives you a unique opportunity to relax and walk away with something you’re proud of and feel great about it.”

Douglasville resident Glennis Tillman has also signed an agreement to open a studio early this spring in Douglasville. Tillman is the Executive Director of Payroll at Wellstar Health, where she oversees the payroll operation of more than 25,000 team members and the founder of H.E.I.R.S. (Help Every Individual Realize Success) birthed from her strong desire to share her financial and business knowledge with individuals, in an effort to improve their personal finances and to increase the financial literacy of future generations.

Tillman was captured by the founding story of Painting with a Twist and how closely the franchise aligns to her own philosophies.

“I’m incredibly thrilled to step outside my comfort zone and utilize my creative side to bring the Douglasville community a local experience where they can relax and just be themselves,” said Tillman. “Alongside my kids who will be assisting in managing the studio and running the social media platforms, I am looking forward to providing local opportunities for people throughout our community.”
