Venture X Acquires Three New Coworking Spaces for Full Rebranding

New Developments to Carry on Momentum From 2019 Growth

WEST PALM BEACH, FL, March 02, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ - Venture X, the premium membership-based workspace community for entrepreneurs and businesses, has acquired three existing Serendipity Labs properties with rebranding and conversion plans of each space underway. The triple deal illustrates the demand for Venture X's signature high-end offices and inspiring, diverse, and collaborative culture.

Under the leadership of Tyler Evans, current franchise owner of Venture X Durham-Frontier RTP in North Carolina, the plans bring a 22,694-square-foot Venture X facility to 1213 W. Morehead St., in Charlotte, NC, a 24,116-square foot facility to 141 Traction St., in Greenville, SC and another soon-to-be-open 32,698-square-foot facility to 4854 O'Hear St., in Charleston, SC.

"Two of the acquired locations are currently occupied with tenants looking for flexibility, networking opportunities, and ways to increase productivity - the exact environment that Venture X provides, while the third location is slated to open in April 2020," said Evans. "We are excited to be part of such an innovative space conversion with Venture X, and to further its expansion in these regions."

The Venture X Charlotte -The Refinery location is an angled, five-story glass and steel building with skyline views of Uptown Charlotte. Members have walkable access to a variety of restaurants and retail establishments. Venture X Greenville – Plush Mills is the first Venture X location in South Carolina. Originally a textile mill, this iconic brick building is located on the outskirts of downtown Greenville. The Venture X Charleston-Garco Mill will be opening in April 2020.

Both individual and company memberships are available at the Venture X locations and include a wide variety of amenities to suit any professional need. Locations offer spacious, tech-friendly venues for hosting corporate, networking and social events to benefit both members and the community at large. Hours of operation are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with 24-hour access with specific memberships.
