Local Entrepreneur Opens Recruiting and Staffing Office on March 30 to Meet Local Labor Demand

Launching locally at 8404 Six Forks Rd. Suite 203, the new office opens during an unprecedented time and will serve as a resource to both Triangle area businesses and residents in the wake of the current health pandemic and its economic disruption and then as the market rebounds. The office will focus on meeting call center, bio-tech, non-clinical healthcare, IT, clerical and light industrial staffing needs in the Triangle region and surrounding areas in Wake, Durham, Orange, Johnston and Franklin counties.

Denise Pavona, a local resident, owns the new Raleigh office and brings a unique vantage point to the business with her professional background in workforce planning and talent acquisition, including the management of a large global intern-to-analyst program. Her career experience will allow her to effectively work with local businesses to provide solutions for their workforce challenges as well as run day-to-day operations. Well-attuned to the talent acquisition process, Pavona is committed to move the needle for companies in Raleigh through her new business, which is poised to support the Raleigh economy by tapping into top talent to match her clients with the right candidate for the job.
