Neighborhood Boutique Concept, The NOW Massage Taps Health and Fitness Veteran Don Michael to Head Franchising; Company Signs Three-unit Deal for Chicago Suburbs

May 26, 2020 // // Los Angeles - The NOW Massage, a wellness brand transforming the therapeutic massage experience, announced that health and fitness veteran Don Michael has joined the company as president to head franchising efforts as the brand grows across the country.

The NOW has reimagined the approachable luxury of a neighborhood spa with quality treatments, a clean aesthetic featuring natural materials and the unmistakable scent of their signature Jasmine Coconut candles that soothe the senses and create a tranquil atmosphere. The handcrafted NOW branded product line sold in boutiques and on the company’s website allows guests to enjoy The NOW experience at home and share with friends.

Don previously led Mayweather Boxing & Fitness from a startup to operating and franchising over 100 locations across the country. He brings decades of experience in operations, market planning and strategic development to The NOW.

The brand’s strength and appeal are attracting business interest, even during this time, and the company has recently signed a three-unit franchise agreement for the Chicago suburbs with the first location expected to open in Naperville.
