Ziggi’s Coffee Awards Multi-Unit Deal, Adding Units to Northern Colorado
Local Residents of Erie, Colorado Plan to Open Three Locations

As residents of Erie, a town just over 10 miles from where Ziggi’s Coffee was founded, the couple have become loyal customers and enjoy the quality products and local appeal. It was the small-town vibe that initially drew them in but realizing the strength of the brand and its robust franchise system really sealed the deal.
“We like that Ziggi’s has strong systems and processes in place so that we don’t have to reinvent the wheel,” said Tammy. “But we also like that it’s still a family-owned business with a culture focused on community and family values. That was something we really connected with.”
Brett is a consultant for the hospitality industry, while Tammy works in the healthcare field. Together, they also own several rental units and have built a strong financial foundation for themselves.
“Our real estate ventures are really a stepping stone for a more lucrative investment opportunity with Ziggi’s Coffee,” said Brett. “They provide a steady income and my job provides a lot of financial security; we just want to make that security blanket even bigger and we feel Ziggi’s is the best option to make that happen.”
They will start out with one location at a time to get their feet wet but with the scalability of the business, Brett plans to quickly add more.
“We like that we can scale our operation. If we want to do 10 units, we can,” he said. “One of our favorite parts of this experience so far was talking to some of the existing franchisees and getting their take on it. We asked them if they would do it again and every single one of them said ‘yes, without a doubt.’ That was huge for us.”
