The Popular Mediterranean Fast Casual Will Open To The Public On Saturday, December 5th

December 04, 2020 // Franchising.com // NEW YORK CITY - The New York based fast-casual concept known for their expansive menu of healthy and flavorful dishes will be debuting their new location in the Upper East Side on Saturday, December 5th. The new restaurant is located between 2nd and 3rd Ave at 216 E 86th St. in the popular Manhattan neighborhood. The Hummus & Pita Co. will be joining the likes of other restaurants such as Sweetgreens, Shake Shack, and Chipotle in the high-trafficked area.

“We are thrilled to be opening our new location in such a highly coveted area and further expanding our New York footprint into a new area of Manhattan,” said co-founder Dave Presso. “We are very fortunate to have this opportunity to expand during such pressing times, and we look forward to introducing the Upper East Side to The Hummus & Pita Co.”

Since 2011, the Brooklyn-born Hummus & Pita Co. has been delivering guilt-free, homemade cuisine to the masses. The concept has taken the best dishes from all over the Mediterranean region, including recipes that have been passed down generation to generation, and built a seamless menu that works for all taste and dietary preferences. All menu items are made from scratch on the premises at each location, using only the freshest ingredients available to ensure high-quality, flavor-focused eats for every guest. The Hummus & Pita Co.’s Upper East Side location will be open Monday - Saturday 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM for dine in, takeout, and delivery. Advanced ordering is available through the app which can be downloaded in the Apple Store or on Google Play. Additionally, a wide variety of catering services featuring The Hummus & Pita Co’s favorite Mediterranean eats will be available to accommodate events or parties of any size, including individual packaged catering meals.
