Matt Balducci Named Senior Director Of Franchise Services At HomeWell Franchising Inc.

Balducci Brings to HomeWell Over 10 Years of Business Consulting and Sales Experience

February 01, 2021 // Franchising.com // Burkburnett, TX - HomeWell Franchising Inc., one of the nation’s leading non-medical in-home care franchisors, welcomes Matt Balducci as Senior Director of Franchise Services to their company. In the newly created role, Balducci will be responsible for developing relationships with HomeWell’s franchisees, creating a franchise advisory process, and overseeing the franchise services team to aid overall franchisee success and satisfaction. Balducci is an accomplished sales and management professional with extensive knowledge in business consultation.

Matt brings a tremendous amount of experience and talent to our team.  He has coached many owner-operators, teaching them to be more profitable while also improving their operations,” said Brandon Clifford, SVP of Development and Franchise Services.

Balducci most recently worked for Heartland Foods as the Regional Vice President of Sales where he doubled the region’s monthly revenue and built a new sales team. He has owned, operated, and sold multiple businesses including a franchise. In 2019, he gave 2 TEDx talks on stress management. Balducci attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications.

Balducci will be supporting HomeWell’s franchisees in the various phases and facets of their business. As the franchise system grows, his expertise in business consulting will provide HomeWell’s owners consultative services to aid in their success.
