Intelligent Office Set to Expand in Raleigh with Second Location

Local Veteran and Business Leader to open new location for business solutions brand

March 11, 2021 // Franchising.com // RALEIGH, N.C. - Intelligent Office is continuing to help businesses of all sizes adapt to changing office trends caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and shift to remote work. With one location open in Downtown Raleigh, the business solutions brand is set to expand and open its second Raleigh location in The Triangle next year anticipating a rise in demand for business solutions.

The new Intelligent Office location will be owned and operated by Lamarr Cook, a Marine Veteran and IT executive, who also owns the Intelligent Office location in Downtown Raleigh. Cook has an extensive background in leading global IT operations and in entrepreneurship as a Title Boxing Club franchise owner. He also studied Ethical Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability at Harvard after serving in the Marine Corp.

“We want to keep Raleigh’s businesses growing while also expanding our outreach to others who need help navigating their businesses through the pandemic,” said Cook. “I am excited by this opportunity to increase our support for businesses in the area and continue to show how Intelligent Office can help local owners cut costs and focus on what matters, which is growing their business.”

Cook’s current Downtown Raleigh location services around 170 businesses, ranging from attorneys, consultants, and medical centers to hair salons, electricians, and plumbers. Cook has also made it his goal to mentor other entrepreneurs and business owners while providing them with Intelligent Office’s cost-effective services.

With the rentable office space and multiple virtual assistants available, Intelligent Office is providing a wide range of options for businesses to run efficiently both during the pandemic and beyond. Renting instead of leasing office space can help businesses cut down on expensive, unnecessary costs while virtual assistants, virtual addresses and virtual mailboxes can help businesses operate smoothly without permanent office space.

“We are continuing to help businesses in The Triangle change the way they work since many of their employees are still working remotely or are on a rotating schedule going into 2021,” said Cook. “It’s exciting to see the interest in Intelligent Office continue to grow in both Raleigh and across the country as business owners are starting to realize how much our services can help them cut costs and run as efficiently as possible.”

Intelligent Office’s goal is to provide the virtual assistants, rentable office space, phone answering services, and virtual mailboxes to small business owners and entrepreneurs so they can spend less money on fixed costs like leases and administrative and IT related support staff. With a wide range of virtual services that includes appointment scheduling services and CRM database management, Intelligent Office strives to help solopreneurs, micro-enterprises and SME’s exceed their goals.
