NAPLES, FLA (PRWEB) March 22, 2021 - Engel & Völkers Florida hosted a virtual awards ceremony on Friday, March 19, 2021 in lieu of its annual Leadership Summit to honor select Engel & Völkers shops for their exceptional performance in 2020. More than 40 senior members of the regional network as well as over 100 real estate advisors, attended the virtual event via Google Meet.

“2020 was a record year for Engel & Völkers Florida,” said Timo Khammash, Managing Partner of Engel & Völkers Florida. “Despite challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, civil unrest and political uncertainty, our network persisted; and as a result, experienced tremendous growth. My team and I are very proud of their unwavering efforts, and are so glad we could recognize them in this way. We look forward to the opportunity for us to celebrate together in person again soon.”

Typically, Engel & Völkers Florida hosts a conference in Naples, Florida for its regional network to reflect on the previous year, discuss best practices, highlight growth, strategize expansion plans, honor top performing shops with awards and celebrate. Award categories are based on the shops that demonstrate exceptional performance in real estate sales, talent attraction and exemplify the brands core values of competence, exclusivity and passion.

With a total transaction count of 697, conducted by 82 real estate advisors, the network was pleased to announce Engel & Völkers Jacksonville as its first place winner for “Most Transactions in 2020,” trumping their own previous performance of 474 transactions in 2019. Second and third place runners-up for the category were respectively Engel & Völkers 30A Beaches with a total transaction count of 459 and Engel & Völkers Olde Naples with 398 transactions.
