theCoderSchool Works to Keep Kids Coding This Summer

Silicon Valley-based children’s coding school emphasizes continued learning nationwide

Change the world.” - has found a solution for parents looking to keep their kids engaged and educated this summer. Each school nationwide offers Summer Camps that run through June till August, where kids can learn how to create their games online, learn about artificial intelligence, code with Python, and much more. theCoderSchool is offering Summer Coding Camps in over 50 locations across the nation for in-person and virtual camps.

“This past year has taught us how important it is to keep our students engaged and we were fortunate enough to open new locations during a tough time nationwide,” said Hansel Lynn, Founder of theCoderSchool. “We are always looking for ways to keep kids excited about learning how to code to give kids the opportunity to learn valuable skills.”

theCoderSchool’s recently opened new locations include:

For parents with kids who are passionate about coding and are looking for more ways to let their coding creativity run free, theCoderSchool holds competitions and demo days throughout the year and participates in the Congressional App Challenge (CAC). The CAC offers students a chance to create original apps in their district for an opportunity to have their app displayed at the U.S. Capitol Building for one year. theCoderSchool 2020 CAC winners include Trevor Schupbach, Ben Kostowniak, Jacob Andrus, William OhMegan Campbell, Kat Crawford, Arush Pogulakonda, Dillon Goudie and Arnav Hak. Founded by Hansel Lynn and incubated with the help of his best friend, Wayne Teng, theCoderSchool was built to provide children aged 7 to 18 years with a welcoming environment to develop computer programming skills. theCoderSchool uses a variety of platforms to teach various coding languages, such as HTML, CSS, Python, Javascript and more.
