Engel & Völkers Newport Beach Announces New Regional Leadership

Luxury real estate brokerage gains top talent for Southern California growth plan.

NEWPORT BEACH, CALIF. (PRWEB) July 28, 2021 - Engel & Völkers Gestalt Group announced today that local marketplace leader, Gary Longobardo, has joined its brokerage and will be based out of the Newport Beach and Laguna Beach Shops in his new role as Southern California Regional Manager.

“I am looking forward to Gary leading the charge in Southern California,” said Paul Benson, co-founder, CEO, and license partner of Engel & Völkers Gestalt Group. “His leadership aligns perfectly with our company’s core values and commitment to service, with many years of proven results. It is very exciting to see him on our management team in this dynamic region, and I am thrilled for our future.”

Longobardo is returning to Engel & Völkers after being a team leader for Keller Williams in Temecula, bringing his many years of luxury selling and management expertise to lead growth for the company’s Southern California offices. His real estate career spans more than two decades and includes winning Rookie of the Year in 2000 at Tarbell Realtors, along with successfully leading the Realty World franchise system into profitability out of bankruptcy. In 2017, Engel & Völkers Newport Beach was named among the global brand’s Top Ten in Gross Commission Income for North America under Longobardo’s management.

“I am excited to return to the culture and style of this singular brand, one that unfailingly offers an incomparable experience for its clients,” said Longobardo. “There is so much opportunity in our industry right now, with ultra-luxury clients heavily drawn to the amazing atmosphere, weather, and real estate in Newport Beach and our surrounding neighborhoods. I look forward to promoting EV’s unique culture and brand proposition as we continue to expand.”
