Engel & Völkers continues franchise expansion in Tampa Bay with new shop in St. Pete Beach

ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. (PRWEB) August 16, 2021 - Engel & Völkers Florida today announced its latest franchise expansion in the greater Tampa Bay area with Engel & Völkers St. Pete Beach, marking the brand’s fifth location in the region. Local market experts, Leisa and Matthew Erickson acquired the territory as part of their regional growth strategy and will lead the new brokerage as its license partners. The Ericksons already own Engel & Völkers St. Pete, located at 102 2nd Avenue NE, which opened in November 2018. The new Engel & Völkers St. Pete Beach shop, located at 6805 Gulf Boulevard, is slated to open this fall.

Engel & Völkers St. Pete Beach will serve various communities throughout Pinellas County including, Bayway Isles, Belle Vista, Isla Del Sol, Pass-a-Grille, Punta Vista, South Pasadena, St. Pete Beach, Sunset Beach, Treasure Island, Three Palms Point, Vina Del Mar, Tierra Verde, and more.
