Office Pride of York-Stewartstown Wins Company’s Rookie of the Year Honors

October 05, 2021 // Franchising.com // PALM HARBOR, Fla. - Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of York-Stewartstown has been named the national company’s Rookie of the Year. Office Pride of York-Stewartstown is owned by Brenda and Paul Davis, who started their Office Pride franchise in 2019.

The Davises were recognized with the award for a franchise that demonstrated outstanding performance in its first full year at Office Pride’s annual owners’ retreat, which was held Sept. 15-18 in Orlando.

Office Pride of York-Stewartstown is a woman majority-owned company. In addition to running the company, Brenda Davis does extensive work with the sign language ministry at her church.

Paul Davis, an Air Force veteran, worked his way through college as a janitor. After 20 years in the information technology field, Davis decided to fulfill his dream of owning his own janitorial business when the couple opened an Office Pride franchise.
