Snap Fitness New Development Deal in West Los Angeles

Existing Franchisee Signs Another Agreement with the Reimagined Feel-Good Fitness Concept for Second Location

December 09, 2021 // Franchising.com // LOS ANGELES - Snap Fitness, the fitness concept centered around its ‘for the feeling’ mantra - focused on how exercise makes you feel versus how you look - announced today that it has signed a franchise agreement for a new Snap Fitness in West Los Angeles. The deal was signed with local entrepreneur, Brandon Norton, who is already the owner of the Snap Fitness location in Yuba City, California. Don and Justin Berger, who bring extensive franchise operations and digital marketing experience, are partners with Norton in the venture.

“I’m thrilled to sign an agreement for another location with Snap Fitness and continue to grow alongside this exciting brand,” said Norton. “After seeing how well my Yuba City gym has performed since the opening this summer, it only made sense to add another location. West Los Angeles residents can expect a fresh approach to fitness with our positive and encouraging atmosphere with great amenities at competitive prices.”

Norton brings with him a wealth of business knowledge and experience to Snap Fitness, specifically in commercial real estate. He currently runs a commercial real estate investment company, and his background makes him an expert in site selection and occupancy costs.

“A franchisee like Brandon is the exact type of operator we want to continue growing with as we gear up for this exciting period of expansion,” said Ty Menzies, the global CEO of Snap Fitness. “The learnings from operating his Yuba City gym will be key to the success of his upcoming location in West Los Angeles.”

Snap Fitness takes pride in helping members feel good about themselves after a workout, creating an inclusive, empathetic and supportive approach to fitness.
