PrideStaff Co-CEO Tammi Heaton Named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ Staffing 100 North America List
February 22, 2022 // Franchising.com // PrideStaff, a nationally franchised staffing organization, is pleased to announce that Co-CEO, Tammi Heaton, was named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2022 Staffing 100 North America list. The list, published for the eleventh time by SIA, honors bold leaders within the staffing industry who deftly navigated the uncertainties of 2021 and are charting a course into the future of workforce solutions.
PrideStaff leaders have long been honored by SIA for boldly executing their vision and moving the staffing industry forward. The staffing franchise’s late Founder and CEO, George Rogers, was named to the Staffing 100 list for five consecutive years and was also inducted into SIA’s Staffing 100 Hall of Fame for his lifetime of achievements in an industry about which he was truly passionate. As Co-CEO, Heaton has taken up the mantle of leadership for PrideStaff, notably recognized for seven consecutive years on SIA’s Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing list, and now on their Staffing 100 North America list.
A staffing industry veteran, with more than 25 years of experience, Heaton became Co-CEO of PrideStaff in 2020 after serving as COO and executive VP since 2008. Heaton has helped drive the $300 million-plus nationwide franchise organization’s success by spearheading its digital transformation, creating a people-first mindset for clients, talent and internal team members, and launching G.A. Rogers & Associates in 2021 to expand the organization’s direct hire and executive recruiting solutions. Her strong leadership and commitment to service excellence helped PrideStaff earn ClearlyRated’s coveted Best of Staffing® 10-Year Client and Talent Diamond Awards for the last three consecutive years, as well as its Best of Staffing Award for Internal Employee Experience every year since its inception.
“It’s an incredible honor to be named a top staffing influencer by Staffing Industry Analysts, especially during such a transformative time in our industry,” said Heaton. “I’m proud to continue George’s legacy of bold leadership, moving our organization forward in the face of critical talent shortages, new workforce models, and an increasingly complex regulatory environment.”
“As a franchise system, PrideStaff sustains its reputation for excellence by staying ahead of changes, living our corporate mission, and designing solutions that solve real business problems for employers, while providing meaningful employment opportunities for job seekers,” continued Heaton.
