Fresno Staffing Firm Named as PrideStaff’s “Office of the Year” for a Fourth Time

March 01, 2022 // Franchising.com // PrideStaff, a staffing organization, is pleased to name their Fresno office as a four-time recipient of the George A. Rogers Award, for becoming the top-performing office in the entire system of more than 85 locations nationwide. This annual honor has been bestowed upon the PrideStaff office that has achieved the most outstanding results in revenue and gross margin growth, quality achievements and community involvement.

After conducting their conference virtually in 2021, PrideStaff was thrilled to present this year’s award at an in-person, three-day event this year at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead. Featuring world-renowned keynote speakers, as well as breakout and networking sessions, the “In It to Win It” conference connected Strategic-Partners from across the country to review results, exchange best practices, learn from industry partners and speakers, and improve their proficiency at owning and operating full-service staffing firms.

PrideStaff Fresno was named Office of the Year for exceptional financial performance in 2021, but success is nothing new to Strategic-Partner, Sean Akin and his team. From the day it opened, the Fresno office created tremendous momentum which drove exceptional performance and yielded multiple awards. The Fresno office was named a six-time winner of The Fresno Bee’s People’s Choice Award in the Employment Agency category, and it was named to The Business Journal’s Best of Central Valley Business List in the Best Employment Service category for seven consecutive years. The Office of the Year award was one of two that Akin and his office won this year; their office was also named a President’s Circle Award winner for exceeding annual profitability and revenue goals. The Fresno office is also extremely involved in their community, working with several local employers and volunteering with both the Ronald McDonald House and area youth baseball programs.

“I’m thrilled to accept this award on behalf of the entire Fresno team; without them, none of this would have been possible,” said Akin. “Last year was full of challenges, opportunities and change, so we adapted our solutions, remained true to PrideStaff’s core values, and always focused on what matters most to our clients and candidates. By doing the right things consistently, we had an amazingly successful year – which included launching a new professional recruiting division, G.A. Rogers & Associates, as well as growing our PrideStaff Financial division, which specializes in accounting & finance staffing and placement. I’m grateful to everyone on the Fresno team and in our home office for their dedication and support, and I’m excited for an even better 2022.”

PrideStaff Co-CEO, Tammi Heaton, was pleased to have the honor of recognizing PrideStaff Fresno as the organization’s top-performing office once again. “PrideStaff Fresno is a shining example of the success that comes from great teamwork and an unwavering commitment to the client and talent experience and giving back to their local community,” said Heaton. “By providing flexible solutions that solve real business problems, building strong relationships and living out PrideStaff’s mission, Sean and his team have achieved exceptional levels of service, growth and profitability, which I’m confident they’ll sustain for years to come.”

By investing in the client and talent experience, PrideStaff has become the only staffing firm in the U.S. and Canada with over $100 million in annual revenue to earn ClearlyRated’s coveted Best of Staffing® 10-Year Client and Talent Diamond Awards for three consecutive years. The 10-year Diamond Award is earned by fewer than 0.5 percent of all staffing firms, placing PrideStaff in a truly elite group of companies that lead the industry in satisfaction.
