Five longtime ERA affiliates honored for their continued success and indelible impact on the ERA brand

March 21, 2022 // Franchising.com // MADISON, N.J. - ERA® Real Estate today announced the five outstanding real estate professionals inducted into the ERA Hall of Fame Class of 2021. Established in 2013, the ERA Hall of Fame honors affiliated individuals and companies who have consistently earned high levels of recognition as well as have made exceptional contributions to the culture and history of the ERA brand over the decades.

The induction ceremony took place at ERA’s Fuel 2022 International Conference in Nashville, Tennessee.

The ERA Hall of Fame Class of 2021 includes:

Robyn Erlenbush, Broker/Owner, ERA Landmark Real Estate, Bozeman, Mt., joined ERA in 1982
Gloria Frazier, Broker/Founder, ERA American Real Estate, Shalimar, Fl., joined ERA in 1981
William (Bill) Hurt, Retired Broker/Owner, ERA Shields Real Estate, Colorado State, Co., joined in 2001
Jim Linn, Current Broker/Owner and Carole Davis, Former Broker/Owner, ERA Davis & Linn Real Estate, Jacksonville, Fl., joined ERA in 1976.

Robyn Erlenbush, Broker/Owner, ERA Landmark Real Estate, Bozeman, Montana

Robyn Erlenbush is a passionate real estate innovator, accomplished educator and featured industry speaker with expertise in luxury real estate. Due to her expertise in the luxury market, Robyn serves as an instructor for ERAs Distinctive Properties Certification which is designed to offer the most current information in today’s luxury market with expert advice, tactics, tips and a deep dive into the luxury home consumer.

Robyn joined ERA Landmark Real Estate in 1982, purchased the company eight years later and has maintained a premier status in the marketplace for over 40 years. Under her leadership, Robyn has grown her company tremendously, including adding new, long-term agents, increasing the company’s gross commissionable income (GCI), completing multiple acquisitions and establishing NAI Landmark Commercial, ERA Landmark Real Estate’s commercial division.

Her history with the ERA brand speaks for itself and her impact to Team ERA is so tremendous that she is leading the way for the next generation of realtors. Robyn has been a Top 50 ERA Broker since 1997, an NAC member since 1998, winner of the ERA Gene Francis Memorial Award for Top All-Around Company and the ERA Circle of Light Award for Community Leadership.

Gloria Frazier, Broker/Founder, ERA American Real Estate, Shalimar, Florida

Gloria Frazier formed ERA American Real Estate in 1981 and continues to be one of the most influential real estate companies in the Northern Florida market. She’s a forward-thinking leader, real estate powerhouse, community champion and an influencer in the ERA network revolutionizing leadership, management and support. During her 30 plus years with ERA, so far, she has also been a driving force for the National Advisor Council (NAC), a group of select brokers who provide critical input and constructive review on various matters related to the continued success of the brand.

Gloria has created a company built on opportunity. From her rockstar leadership team to her dedication to agent success, she has developed a company culture that feels like family. As a result of this approach, Gloria has acquired 14 residential sales and property management brokerages and integrated these seamlessly into her brokerage.

William (Bill) Hurt, Retired Broker/Owner, ERA Shields Real Estate, Colorado Springs, Colorado

Bill Hurt was the Broker/Owner of ERA Shields Real Estate before retiring and selling the company in 2016. During his 20-plus year tenure, Bill led ERA Shields Real Estate to consistently rank as one of the top residential brokerage companies in southern Colorado and has consistently ranked as a Top 15 company for production within ERA since 2001.

Bill has been an avid speaker in the areas of real estate management, business planning and corporate relocation management at the national level for ERA Franchise Systems. In fact, ERA Shields Real Estate’s award-winning relocation department has assisted in the successful relocation of more than 28,000 military families, to and from the Colorado Springs area since 1992. Bill’s team, which he was able to grow to approximately 100 agents, set the standard in agent productivity, professionalism and respect in the region. Further, the company achieved “Top Affiliate” status every year without exception and was a multiple-time recipient of the ERA Circle of Light Award for Community Leadership.
