Restaurant Brokerage Firm Adds Second Franchise in Georgia
March 25, 2022 // Franchising.com // Palm Coast, FL - We Sell Restaurants announced its newest territory in Marietta, GA. We Sell Restaurants Marietta formally opened for business on March 7.
The new business will be owned by Woodstock residents Jeff Heidt and Kimberly Dart Heidt. The couple will operate the franchise that will encompass the areas that include Marietta, Kennesaw, Roswell, Woodstock, East Cobb and Acworth. This will be the second We Sell Restaurants franchise in Georgia.
Prior to joining We Sell Restaurants, Jeff spent the past 12 years with UPS working in various roles the engineering, operations, and safety departments. Before that, he worked 11 years working for one of Mellow Mushroom’s largest franchise locations. Kimberly has owned a small commercial brokerage that is specifically geared to retail shopping centers for the last 12 years. Many of the brokerage’s clients are restaurants, and she leases to the owners and represents them in finding locations.

A committed focus on franchise resales along with independent restaurant sales across 45 states is attracting experienced single and multi-unit restaurant operators as well as those outside the industry to join the growing brand.
