Lisa Schuster has spent most of her career in property management and in senior care. Now she’s excited to be combining those two fields with the launch of her new business – Caring Transitions of Chapel Hill.
“Caring Transitions is a one-call-does-it-all solution to all of the challenges that come along with downsizing, relocating and clearing an estate. I am looking forward to making a positive impact on the community I’ve called home for more than 35 years,” Ms. Schuster said.
While Ms. Schuster is running the day-to-day operations of the business, her family is heavily involved, too. Her son will be helping with marketing efforts, taking item photos for estate sales and handling most of the online auctions. Her mom will be volunteering to help sort and organize homes. Her dad, who is a 50 percent-owner of the company and who has owned his own construction and consulting business for the last 50 years, will be helping out as needed as the business grows.
“My most recent job was in senior care as a Sales and Marketing Director. I absolutely love working with seniors and families, helping them make those hard decisions. Caring Transitions was a great opportunity that I knew I had to do. It allowed me to have a job that I’m passionate about and allowed me to serve the community in a new way,” Schuster said.
Caring Transitions of Chapel Hill is bonded and insured, and all employees are background checked.
