Goodcents Named One of 2022’s Top Food Franchises by Entrepreneur

June 15, 2022 // Franchising.com // DE SOTO, Kan. - Goodcents was recognized as one of the Top Food Franchises in 2022 by Entrepreneur magazine. The ranking, which is featured in the summer issue of Entrepreneur’s StartUps magazine and on Entrepreneur.com, highlights the best food-related franchises across 31 categories. Goodcents ranked No. 8 in the Sandwiches: Submarine category.

The need and desire for quality food was constant during the pandemic, but how to serve it to customers while maintaining social distancing presented a challenge to restaurateur. Goodcents locations thrived, thanks to revenue growth through online ordering, catering, delivery, drive-thru, curbside pickup and the launch of the successful Goodcents To Go meals conveniently prepackaged dinner entrées that feature hearty pastas, pot roast, salmon and chicken.

To compile the Top Food Franchises ranking, Entrepreneur gathered the Top 200 restaurant and retail food franchises, ranked within their respective categories – Pizza, Candy, Sports Bars, etc. The rankings consider costs and fees, size and growth, franchisee support, brand strength, financial strength and stability.
