Window World Ranked #1 in the Retailer Segment of the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction Study

August 25, 2022 // Franchising.com // N. WILKESBORO, N.C. - Window World® is once again ranked #1 in the Retail segment of the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction Study. The national franchise has now won the J.D. Power recognition six times*.

Window World, which is headquartered in Wilkesboro, North Carolina, has locally owned franchises nationwide. The company received this honor in part by ranking highest among competitors in the factors of price, ordering and delivery, and sales staff and service.

The J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction Study, now in its 16th year, reviewed satisfaction among nearly 2,833 customers who purchased windows or patio doors within the previous 12 months. Window World received 885 points out of a possible 1,000, which is 41 points higher than the retailer average.

Receiving the top ranking in the retail segment of the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction Study is the latest accomplishment for Window World. The company also recently received the number one ranking in the National’s Qualified Remodeler’s Top 500 which includes the largest franchise home improvement organizations in the United States.
