Century 21 Real Estate Doubles Down on Agent Education with New Leadership and Enhanced Coaching Program

Global Brand Welcomes Real Estate Learning & Development Veteran Wendy Crane to Build Growth-Driving Learning Experience for Affiliated Brokers and Agents

September 15, 2022 // Franchising.com // MADISON, NJ - Century 21 Real Estate LLC reinforced its commitment to agent/broker learning and development today with the addition of Wendy Crane to its team of brand education leaders. As the new Vice President of Learning for the Century 21® brand, Crane aims to simplify the learning value proposition to help broker owners drive recruiting, retention, and franchise sales; integrate skills and product training for maximum affiliate productivity and leverage technology such as AI and machine learning to help agents and brokers maximize their learning journey.

Ten years’ experience as a REALTOR®, in particular working through an economic recession and a housing crash, have not only given Wendy first-hand knowledge of what agents face during the most challenging of times but also helped develop the skill and passion that continue to fuel her love for the industry today. Transitioning to the corporate side of the business in 2014, Wendy leveraged those experiences to spearhead education and coaching at the Coldwell Banker® brand, a fellow AnywhereSM brand, where she most recently served as Vice President of Learning and Development. Wendy’s strategic leadership and innovative virtual education expos aimed at supporting real estate professionals through the uncharted waters of a pandemic market earned her recognition as a 2021 RISMedia Newsmaker Trailblazer.

Agent education continues to be a priority for the Century 21 brand with the addition of Crane playing an integral part of its efforts to elevate its Century 21 University® offerings and help affiliates develop a mindset that fuels their business potential. This month, the brand will launch its new Century 21® REALCoaching series marking the first time that the C21 brand is offering a brand-led group coaching program. The direct support from the C21 coaches and fellow like-minded peers will help to identify agents’ strengths, recommend courses that will amplify those skills, and build in accountability that pushes agents forward on their path to success. In addition to the agent-focused program, C21 University® will offer managers dedicated sessions that will prepare them to have strong coaching conversations with their affiliated agents and provide critical support and guidance throughout their coaching journey.
