Award-Winning Sandwich Franchise Adds Manager of Construction to Franchise Support Staff
December 20, 2022 // Franchising.com // Cincinnati, OH. - Penn Station East Coast Subs continues to bolster its commitment to franchisee support with a new addition to the corporate team. The Ohio-based sandwich brand is excited to welcome Jeffrey R. Becker as Manager of Construction and Real Estate. In his new role, he will oversee real estate and site selection for Penn Station and will work with vendors and franchisees during the store construction process.
“This is an exciting addition to our ever-evolving team, as Jeff brings valuable industry experience and knowledge to the table,” said Penn Station COO Craig Dunaway. “With Jeff in this role, we will continue to provide the best support for our franchisees throughout the process from signing to opening, so they can be successful right from the start.”
Becker has years of experience in real estate and construction management. In his former roles, he oversaw a portfolio consisting of more than four million square-feet and led all phases of the construction process - from bidding, to permitting, and to cost-saving energy retrofits.

“I’m thrilled to join the Penn Station East Coast Subs team,” said Becker. “I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work to help franchisees reach their potential - starting with the right location and smooth construction and development process.”
Becker’s addition is one part of the brand’s best-in-class franchisee support system that includes site selection, restaurant design and construction support, IT and online ordering, operations and training, marketing, and financial reporting. Paired with the award-winning, four-week, franchisee training program, Penn Station is committed to providing franchisees with a solid foundation for success.
