Venture X And Office Evolution Franchise Owners In Denver Form Alliance To Acquire More Locations

Franchise owners of both brands merge operations and acquire Office Evolution locations to expand flexible workspace solutions across the Denver metro area.

February 01, 2023 // Franchising.com // WEST PALM BEACH, FL - A group of ??six franchise owners of coworking concepts Venture X® and Office Evolution® inked a milestone agreement to acquire Office Evolution locations in Denver, including Boulder, Broomfield (Interlocken), Downtown Denver, Golden, DTC Greenwood Village, Lone Tree (Park Meadows), South Hover Longmont and Louisville. The deal marked the formation of a cross-branded local franchise group locations spanning across all directions of the Denver metro area.

The local group is comprised of Channen Smith, Jason Vandagriff, Jesse Keaveny, Kim Corniel, and Melanie Williams who own Venture X franchise locations in LoDo at Dairy Block, Five Points and Greenwood Village, as well as Diane Mapes who owns the Office Evolution franchise location at Denver Metro North/Northglenn. Each member of the group has a service industry background, spanning from marketing and sales to operations and human resources, and will leverage their unique strengths to bolster flexible workspace solutions in Denver.
