Rebecca Rogers Tijerino Named on 2023 Staffing 100 North America List by Staffing Industry Analysts

February 28, 2023 // Franchising.com // ATLANTA - Rebecca Rogers Tijerino, group president of Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion), was recently recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as a steadfast steward of the industry on its 12th annual Staffing 100 North America list.
