The company is owned and operated by Frank DeCicco, who has spent over 20 years connecting with his community through his involvement with youth sports and his multiple family ties.

Headquartered at 1761 W. Hillsboro Blvd Suite 403 in Deerfield Beach, FL., the company serves the residents of Deerfield Beach, Pompano, Pompano Beach, Margate, Parkland, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs and Lighthouse Point.

As a proud member of a large Italian family, familial relationships are paramount to Frank, which is why his father’s caregiving experience has resonated with him so strongly. Prior to joining the home care industry, DeCicco spent the majority of his professional career in finance, until he reached a point where he was financially comfortable branching out on his own. In that time, he also spent over 20 years working hands-on with the children of his community as a coach for football, lacrosse and basketball at all levels. His experience as a guiding force in the lives of his community’s children offered him a glimpse into how much he could truly benefit those around him by fully dedicating himself to a career of service.

SYNERGY HomeCare of Deerfield Beach has a focus on multiple types of in-home care. In addition to providing older people with assistance in maintaining their independence, DeCicco also want to provide child care, backup care and assistance for expecting families.
