Wing Chain Debuts Slam Dunk Limited Time Menu to Complement Basketball Madness

March 07, 2023 // Franchising.com // LOS ANGELES - Hurricane Grill & Wings announces its new spring menu, just in time for basketball madness. Available March 6 through May 28, guests are invited to Live it Up with Flavor for a limited time only.

Hurricane Grill and Wings’ flavorful new offerings span the entire menu – beginning with Cheeseburger Bites - crispy bites loaded with ground beef, bacon and melted cheese, garnished with green onions, and served with a creamy dipping sauce. For entrees, Hurricane invites guests to try their mouthwateringBacon Jam Cheeseburger – a half-pound burger grilled to perfection with bacon jam, beer cheese, applewood smoked bacon and crispy fried onion pieces. Also available is the Smoky Mountain Melt, an all-beef patty loaded with hickory smoked pulled pork, smoky chipotle BBQ sauce, melted cheese, applewood smoked bacon and crispy onions on griddled toast. Both are served with a side of natural-cut fries. The Bacon Jam BLT offers a classic BLT with a twist – topped with fried onions, bacon jam and garlic aioli on griddled toast and served with a side of Kettle Chips.

As for drinks, Hurricane Grill and Wings is serving up Dos XX Beer, available in draft or bottle, and the Caribbean Colada – a frothy combination including Fireball cinnamon whisky, coconut rum, orange juice, pineapple juice and pina colada mix, garnished with a cherry and an orange slice.
