Alicia Linden and Charity Santiago have been promoted to Vice President of Consumer and Recruitment Marketing and Vice President of Training and Events, respectively.

Linden joined World Travel Holdings in 2010 and has almost two decades of experience in marketing, advertising, and promotions. Linden’s expertise has been instrumental in producing results for Dream Vacations through innovative recruitment and consumer marketing efforts. Linden oversees strategy, planning, and research for marketing initiatives, including branding, advertising, website development, search engine optimization, auto-social programs, customizable email campaigns, and the execution of all marketing programs to support travel advisors. Alicia specializes in lead and demand generation and has helped increase leads, sales, website traffic, email open rates, and brand awareness. The International Franchise Association and several publications owned by Northstar Travel Group have recognized her outstanding work with prestigious industry awards.

Charity Santiago joined World Travel Holdings as a Training Specialist and has played a vital role in enhancing the company's training offerings and programs. Santiago’s passion for training and development has already had a significant impact for Dream Vacations franchise owners. As Vice President of Training and Events, Santiago will further enhance all in-person and virtual event offerings. Her work shows her enthusiasm for learning and assisting others to have "lightbulb moments" that benefit their business. In addition, Santiago's training programs have received recognition from several publications owned by Northstar Travel Group, Litmos, and she received the Emerging Training Leader Award from Training Magazine in 2021.
