Regenerative Medicine Clinic Opens in Joplin
June 23, 2023 // Franchising.com // JOPLIN, Mo. – QC Kinetix recently opened in Joplin and offers one of the most advanced regenerative medicine protocols in Southwest Missouri. The clinic located at the Thousand Oaks Medical Building in Southwest Joplin began seeing patients on June 14th.
Owner Jeremy Anderson first learned about the kinds of treatments QC Kinetix offers more than a decade ago. So, when his wife was in a car accident that left her with tendon ligament damage and bulged discs in her back and neck, Anderson turned to regenerative medicine for help.
“Doctors were recommending surgery, but she’d had enough previous surgeries that she knew she didn’t want to go through that again,” explains Anderson. “So, after some other treatments, we turned to regenerative therapies. While she's not back to where she was, she is 51 years old and doing handstands, so I’d say the treatments provided significant relief!”
The Joplin area is known for its diverse and skilled workforce, which is why Anderson chose to open his clinic there. With the help of his medical director, Dr. Amanda DeTar, DO, and family nurse practitioner Erica Whitson, he believes he can educate and change the lives of hundreds of patients who can’t afford long surgical recovery times. Regenerative medicine treatments require no downtime.
“I know what it’s like to earn a living from working with my hands from my oil and gas industry experience,” says Anderson. “I look forward to educating the community about the options they now have available to them that will minimize their time out of work.”
QC Kinetix uses all-natural biologic protocols that take the best of what the body naturally produces and uses it to aid in a patient’s recovery and give them back the quality of life they deserve. It’s an alternative to surgery, NSAIDs, and pain pills that mask the pain but don’t repair the problem. For patients seeking relief from pain due to musculoskeletal injury, chronic joint pain, or hip, knee, back, or shoulder pain, regenerative procedures are the next frontier for treatment.
Former Dallas Cowboys great and NFL MVP Emmitt Smith is the official spokesperson for QC Kinetix. He knows firsthand the need for innovative chronic pain treatments that help people get back to their active lifestyles. It used to be only elite athletes like Smith had access to regenerative medicine treatments, but rapid growth and innovation in the field have made the treatments accessible to everyone.
“So many Joplin residents will benefit from these treatments, from those who have retired to anyone enjoying an active lifestyle, as well as athletes and industry workers who can’t afford a long surgery recovery,” says Anderson.
Regenerative medicine can be used to address a wide variety of health conditions. Anderson and his team are excited to begin providing hair restoration treatment options for men and women in the near future.
Scott Hoots, CEO of Charlotte-based QC Kinetix, is confident that Anderson and his team will be an asset to the QC Kinetix franchise.
