AtWork Franchisee Lori Brower Named 2023 Franchise Rock Star by Franchise Business Review

Staffing franchise owner recognized for her innovation and commitment

July 20, 2023 // Franchising.com // KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - AtWork is proud to announce their franchisee, Lori Brower, was recognized as a 2023 Franchise Rock Star by franchise research firm Franchise Business Review. Brower owns the South Coast Metro Area location in Tustin, California, and the Pomona Valley office in Chino Hills.

Brower was selected from franchisees representing brands that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research. Each franchise leadership nominates their Franchise Rock Stars for one of eight categories. Categories included: Giving Back, Women-Owned, Millennial-Owned, Veteran-Owned, Family-Owned, Freshman, Top Performers, and Multi-Unit Owners. Brower was nominated in the Women-Owned category.

Brower began her journey with AtWork in July 2017 and opened her first office in March 2018. She was the 2022 winner of the prestigious AtWork for YOU award that recognizes a top franchisee in the system based on community involvement and who embodies our core values of “Lead, Empower, Excel” and supporting the AtWork name in all she does. Brower also achieved the silver performance award for her South Coast Metro Area location and a bronze award for the Pomona Valley office.
