Linda Williams of Tyler, TX Wins DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen’s “Woman of the Year” Award

July 25, 2023 // Franchising.com // Linda Williams, who owns and manages the Tyler, TX DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen with her husband, Roger Williams has won the franchise’s coveted “Woman of the Year” award.

The awards were presented at the company's Reunion Conference in Louisville on June 6th. DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is  respected home remodeling franchise brand, with customer satisfaction consistently outpacing national averages. DreamMaker franchise owners and team members adhere to a “Code of Values,” which emphasizes honesty and integrity combined with customer-first designs and remodeling.

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen President and CSO Doug Dwyer praised Linda:

“This year’s Woman of the Year exemplifies what it means to be a servant leader. There are some hard-nosed, hard-charging leaders that get people to do “enough” to get the job done, and then there are leaders like this! ;This person is up every morning not only praying for the business, the team, their families, and customers, she is also praying for others around the country that are in need. She provides a level of comfort, care and compassion for others that is unmatched. Her team has said that this person’s ability to make them feel comfortable and to know that she truly cares for them, and their families, is what leads them to not only do “enough”, but to “go the extra mile”. Anything that needs to done, she does with a smile, and with a passion to provide “superior service to her customers, community and each other as members of the DreamMaker team.”

“It is an honor to be named DreamMaker’s Woman of the year. I give God all the glory for this award and He is the reason we are doing this business. I would like to thank Roger Williams and Nick Williams for nominating me for this award. It is an honor to work with all of our DreamMaker Tyler team and all the other DreamMaker Franchisees” said Linda.

The reunion is an annual event for DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen and its franchisees, and it is held in different locales each year. This year, franchisees from around the country converged in Louisville, KY. The gathering focused on improving profit margins, new technology for accurate cost estimating and project management, how to achieve great quality of life as a remodeler, strategies for promoting health and wellness, sessions on happiness and goal-setting, online marketing lessons and more.

The company requires that all franchise owners and their employees adhere to the company’s “Code of Values,” which emphasizes customer-first designs and remodeling efforts.

“Our Code is not just something that hangs on the wall; It’s a living, breathing philosophy based on timeless principles,” says Doug Dwyer, President and CSO. “This means that we conduct our business completely above-board, honesty all the way.”
