DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Southern Lakes, WI Wins ‘Franchise of the Year’ Award

The awards have national recognition and were presented at the company's Reunion Conference in Louisville on June 6th. DreamMaker franchise owners and team members adhere to a “Code of Values,” which emphasizes honesty and integrity combined with customer-first designs and remodeling.

Doug Dwyer, President and CSO presented this award saying: “Southern Lakes represents the DreamMaker brand in an exceptional way. Their clients are raving fans as evidenced by their GuildQuality scores. This franchise has grown slowly and steadily through the years. Appropriately following the DreamMaker stages of growth MAP, properly recruiting to have a loyal staff, and are now achieving revenue with strong net profit, great reviews and community involvement.”

Always quick to volunteer, this franchisee has served on the MAP Committee, the Vendor Committee, and has also been a champion of the Franchise Advisory Council, spending extra time behind the scenes serving as Chair. He is always willing to help fellow franchise owners and other members of the DreamMaker network.

The reunion is an annual event for DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen and its franchisees, and it is held in different locales each year. This year, franchisees from around the country converged in Louisville, KY.

The company requires that all franchise owners and their employees adhere to the company’s “Code of Values,” which emphasizes customer-first designs and remodeling efforts. “Our Code is not just something that hangs on the wall; It’s a living, breathing philosophy based on timeless principles,” says Doug Dwyer, President and CSO. “This means that we conduct our business completely above-board, honesty all the way.”
