Local Entrepreneur Opens Recruiting and Staffing Office to Meet Local Labor Demand

August 02, 2023 // Franchising.com // DES PLAINES, Ill. - Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) announced today it will open a new office to serve administrative and clerical, customer service, light industrial and non-clinical healthcare staffing needs in Des Plaines, Illinois and surrounding areas.

“Acquiring and retaining great workers is key to the success of any business,” said Girish Deshmukh, franchise owner of Spherion Des Plaines. “The decision to bring Spherion to the Des Plaines community to support local business owners and area job seekers was an easy one.”

Deshmukh’s background is in operations, healthcare and engineering. Through these experiences, he honed critical leadership and management skills that will play a large role in his ownership of Spherion Des Plaines.
