Jim Norconk Hired as Senior Vice President of Operations for 360° Painting

Norconk will be stepping into the shoes of Dan Miedema, who has transitioned to a new role within the Premium Service Brands family.

Norconk has been an integral part of the 360° Painting family for more than four years, successfully running his own franchise in Asheville, North Carolina. His active participation and contributions to the brand, coupled with his diverse skill set, make him exceptionally qualified for his new role as Senior Vice President of Operations.

With a rich background that spans various sectors, Jim brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Originally from Woburn, Massachusetts, Norconk graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science and later earned a Master's degree from Springfield College.

His professional trajectory began in the substance abuse treatment industry. Starting as a mental health technician, Norconk ascended through the ranks, occupying diverse roles across different treatment facilities. After he obtained his Master’s degree, he transitioned into clinical work, holding positions as a counselor and subsequently as clinical director. His foray into the operations realm of the treatment sector enabled him to adeptly manage the construction, licensing, staffing, and operational optimization of several treatment facilities. His proficiency extends across a spectrum of domains, including business expansion, workflow enhancement, software integration, vendor acquisition, and project coordination.

“My tenure owning a 360° Painting franchise gives me a unique perspective on the brand,” Norconk said.

In his free time, Norconk and his wife Teri, who have been married for 25 years, enjoy traveling, white water rafting, and music. An avid shooter, he's also a National Rifle Association instructor, providing education and training in the safe and proper use of firearms.
