LIME Painting Recently Celebrated its 3rd Annual Lime Light Outreach Golf Tournament

Painting Franchise Hosted its Annual Golf Tournament and Raised Funds for Local Nonprofit, Providence Network

September 07, 2023 // Franchising.com // DENVER, CO. - LIME Painting hosted its third annual Lime Light Outreach Tournament on August 11th at City Park Golf Course in Denver, Colorado. Over the past 12 months, Lime Light Outreach has raised over $110k for the local nonprofit organization Providence Network.

The host of the event, Lime Light Outreach, is a nonprofit created by LIME Painting founder and CEO, Nick Lopez, as a way to extend the company’s core values of love, integrity, mission and excellence (L.I.M.E.) by putting these values into action.

The event had 95 attendees, including both golfers and volunteers, and kicked off with breakfast before teams joined together to tee off for a round of 18 holes. The main sponsor for the event was Benjamin Moore, a company also dedicated to giving back and getting involved with different charity organizations throughout Colorado. Following the golf tournament, participants were invited to a lunch outing where $3,000 was raised through games, raffles, and auctions for Providence Network.

For over 35 years, Providence Network has offered transformational housing options for individuals facing homelessness. Through a holistic program of mentoring, mental health counseling, and peer support, Providence Network residents take the first steps out of homelessness and into recovery as they work to rebuild their lives.

“I’m so thankful for everyone that came out for our third annual golf tournament to participate, donate, and support a local nonprofit organization in the community,” said Nick Lopez, CEO and Founder of LIME Painting. “Our mission is to give back to the community, and it’s with all of our volunteers, sponsors, and participants that we were able to give back to Providence Network and have fun while doing it!”
