Spherion Staffing & Recruiting Opens in Northeast Atlanta

October 25, 2023 // Franchising.com // ATLANTA - Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) announced today the opening of its newest office in Northeast Atlanta.

Located at 4511 Chamblee-Dunwoody Road, Suite A-4, the office will officially open on Monday, October 23, to help match local job seekers in Northeast Atlanta communities with new employment opportunities. This Spherion location will focus on placements in the office clerical and light industrial industries. The local franchise owners are Nasser Nammari and Aysha Abdullatif, a husband-and-wife team who recently moved with their two young children to the Atlanta metropolitan area.

“Staffing and recruiting is one of the few industries where you can see the direct impact your services have on countless lives and local businesses,” said Nammari, whose professional background includes 20-plus years of experience in product development and program management operations. “Aysha and I are incredibly grateful to start this new endeavor together as both business and life partners. Atlanta is a thriving market, and we look forward to supporting the area’s growth while matching local job seekers with meaningful employment opportunities.”

In addition to his background working as the director of product and program management for companies like Amazon, Hilton and Marriott, Nammari most recently served as principal product manager with the Warner Brothers and Discovery networks. In this role, he led strategy for product design, e-commerce and business, in addition to supporting the rollout of MAX and its supporting app for the HBO brand. Drawing upon his global experience from living in more than 20 cities across the world and interacting with individuals from various backgrounds, he brings a wealth of diverse perspectives to his new Spherion business.

Complementary to Nammari’s background, Abdullatif brings with her more than fifteen years of professional experience in communications, staffing and recruiting. She is highly skilled in business and marketing strategy as the CEO and founder of a creative marketing and communications agency, ayeworld. Having previously lived in Atlanta as an alumni of Georgia Tech, Abdullatif is especially proud to plant roots with her family in a community in which she has strong ties. Together, the accomplished duo will leverage their combined skill set to grow their Spherion business locally.
