The location opened in October, and is owned and operated by Warren Toles. Prior to franchising with Blue Kangaroo Packoutz, Toles worked as an insurance all-lines claims adjuster. In this role, Toles became well-versed in policy language - an attribute that he believes will lend itself nicely to his current role at BKP. Toles sees himself as a lifetime entrepreneur, and spends his free time with family.

Since I am lucky enough to live in Middletown, one of the fastest growing cities in America, I wanted to enter into business with a trusted name in the service industry in the hopes of giving back to my community,” said Warren Toles, owner of Blue Kangaroo Packoutz of Delaware.
