Epcon Franchising Finishes 2023 with 7 New Franchise Builders

January 09, 2024 // Franchising.com // COLUMBUS, OHIO - Epcon Franchising has announced the addition of seven new Franchise Builders in 2023. The seven new Franchise Builders will develop their first Epcon Communities in seven different states.

Epcon Franchising also added four new employees in 2023, including growing its product development team. With the new product development team came major product refreshes. The product refreshes include a new Deluxe Owner’s Suite option, two new architectural styles and updated side courtyard home designs.

The not-yet-announced new 2023 Franchise Builders are:

Luxury Lifestyle Homes, Mesa, Arizona: Luxury Lifestyle Homes is led by Mariano & Company founder Victor Mariano, who specializes in high-end remodeling and custom new builds.
Waters-Holland Homes, Chattanooga, Tennessee: This company has been building custom homes for many years, as well as developing land to support that business. Waters-Holland will build Epcon’s first detached homes in the Chattanooga market.
Elevation Homes, New Bern, North Carolina: A partnership between Mike Foley and Zach Anderson, Elevation Homes is searching for project locations surrounding the growing New Bern market on the coast of North Carolina.
Splendor Homes, San Antonio, Texas: Pam and Chuma Ozowalu have more than eight years of experience in residential real estate investing and development. They started new home construction in 2023 and are planning to expand with 55+ developments.
