Caring Senior Service to serve South Denver residents with a new location in Littleton, Colorado

January 17, 2024 // Franchising.com // LITTLETON, Colo. - Caring Senior Service has opened a new location in Littleton, Colorado, with plans to provide the residents of Littleton and South Denver with the quality caregivers necessary to allow seniors to remain at home.

New owners Marc and Lisa Coker say their experiences with the challenges seniors face when trying to age in place have driven their decision to open the Littleton location. Marc Coker has worked in the healthcare industry most of his professional career, serving as an account manager and in business development for many major healthcare management companies.

“Becoming part of the Caring Senior Service family stems from our desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors in our area,” he said. “We want to ensure that older residents receive the care and support they need to remain healthy and happy at home.”

Lisa Coker worked as a technical writer for years before opening her own personal chef service and eventually becoming a chef instructor at Stir Cooking School in Denver. She has spent years providing delicious and healthy homemade meals to area residents.

“I hope to take what I’ve learned working in client homes and in training others to make our Caring Senior Service location a success,” she said. “We feel driven to provide an exemplary customer experience for our clients and want to help them retain their independence as much as possible.”

Caring Senior Service CEO and founder Jeff Salter said the couple will provide the great care that Caring Senior Service is known to provide.

“We’re honored to have Marc and Lisa on board with the Caring Senior Service team,” Salter said. “They will manage their team to make sure our clients are provided with quality caregivers, personalized care services and active involvement with their clients’ families and other professional care providers that are characterized in our GreatCare® method. We anticipate the Cokers will offer a fresh perspective to the home care community in Littleton and South Denver.”
